Why We Exist, The Problem We Kept Seeing
When this business started in 2019, the Katy rodent control market had a consistent gap: generalist pest companies would treat rats and mice as one line item on a fifteen-service price list, bait a few stations, and leave the actual entry points, weep holes, gable vents, AC line penetrations, unsealed. Homeowners in growing subdivisions like Elyson and Jordan Ranch would get the same scratching-in-the-attic call every rainy season, because the underlying builder-grade gap was never closed.
We built this company around one idea: exclusion, not just extermination, is the only thing that ends the repeat call. Trapping without sealing is an indefinite cycle. Sealing with foam or plastic mesh fails within a season or two in Katy’s humid Gulf Coast climate. The only lasting fix is rust-resistant stainless steel hardware cloth, corrosion-resistant weep-hole covers, and galvanized flashing, installed only after every rodent is confirmed removed and every entry point is photographed.
